Beneath the waves I hide in shadows. Holding my breath I see A figure above me As I break it’s the only
Thing that I see. My eyes must be deceiving me. On the surface it’s just broken pieces of an interest in nothing. I will hold, The threads and foundations of This beautiful lie.
Washing the canvas away, I notice a message left beneath the madness. As the fixtures fade. It tells of a savage and wildly beast, Ridding the world from its impurities, kneething me. I breathe in a different fashion, breeding lies.
It automatically, had fashioned a place to rest, Beneath the ashes, beneath our feet. Out of sight, out of mind.
Turning a blind eye, To the chasm, That churns beneath us all. Churns beneath us all.
Buried beneath of the willow tree, A specter calls out to me silently, vengefully.
There’s more dirt on your hands than you’d care to admit. There’s nothing between us. But there’s more dirt on your hands than you’d care to admit. There’s nothing between us now.
Nothing between us now. The ashes and churning and dust, nauseating, thrust side to side from the undertow.
Breaking through the silence, deafening, an ear piercing scream, the likes of which that I have never heard. Never seen. I have never felt so inhuman.
I wish that I knew another way. Catch the horizon, follow me home, Wherever that is today. Wherever that is today. Wherever that is today. Just follow me home. Just follow me home, Wherever that is today.
Fading, fading, Call to me. Fading, fading away.
With hands tied, I tread the water. Eradication, escaping the fires. With hands tied, they will know my name, They will know.
Fading, fading away. I fear it’s just a matter of time, Before it all turns to dust. Turns to dust.
Beneath the waves I hide in shadows. Holding my breath I see, A figure above me, As I break it’s the only,
Thing I see.
We are Anthony Puddu on lead vocals, Dervish Kucukovic and Omar Badawi on guitar, Andy Dmytryshyn on bass, and Fahim Safi on drums. Also known as Last Scattering.
I don’t usually go out much for metalcore/deathcore but this album would easily make my shortlist. Emotionally captivating with great storytelling and an overall solid musical performance. 7/10 RJ
Hail Molluska, we servants of slime shall spread the gospel. Beautifully devastating music, this box set is a Holy Grail of an item for my record collection. domtest293
