I met a man today, he said I had a chance I could be saved. In just ten minutes you’ll see the world. Say the word, and I’ll take you there. Bury your hatchets, live without care.
Are you with me son? We can’t be long now. As the mirror fades, my reflection stays in place.
I’ve seen him in the streets, He’s a peddler I’m sure, He stands there all alone, An aimless voyager on his own.
I woke up, Another man today. But for the day, Maybe I could be saved.
And then maybe the world, They’ll hear me say, Everything I need to say.
Hurry it up now, I wanna be saved cause, I woke up another man today. But for the day, Maybe I could be saved.
He said, “Say the word, and I’ll take you there. Bury your hatchets, live without care.”
What have you done to me lately, I’ve been seeing slightly. What have you done to me lately, I’ve been seeing slightly.
Where I’ve been, In these last few days, has changed me. These last few days, I woke up sleeping.
I’m a broken portrait of a broken man. The sweat on my brow stings the cracks in my skin. I know, I know I should see somebody, goddamn.
I’m just too tired these days.
Oh my fucking god, Just let me close my eyes tonight.
What have you done to me? I’ve been dreaming, naivety.
These sleepless nights bring out the worst in me. I can’t fight the curiosity.
But these pills, They keep me from falling over, The edge I’ve built, I’ve built myself. But these pills, They keep me. They keep me safe. They keep me safe

I don’t usually go out much for metalcore/deathcore but this album would easily make my shortlist. Emotionally captivating with great storytelling and an overall solid musical performance. 7/10 RJ
